We will never reuse or resell your completed video content unless it is being used for your brand or account (e.g., revisions, extensions, or future campaigns).
4. Client Uploads and FTP Access
If you are provided with access to a file upload system (e.g., FTP or shared folder), you agree:
- Not to upload any unlawful, malicious, or harmful files
- Not to share access credentials without written consent
- To only upload content you have the legal right to use
GenArt Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of unauthorized or unapproved materials.
